How is it different from MyBOS or BuildingLink?
Watchdog Strata focuses on the resident and owner record: owners manage their own tenants with building manager approval, occupancy limits are flagged, integrity alerts catch duplicate or mismatched details, and access-card requests, quotes and owners’ polls are in the same app. MyBOS and BuildingLink offer broader facilities features such as amenity bookings and contractor management, which Watchdog Strata does not.
Does it replace strata accounting software?
No. Watchdog Strata does not handle trust accounting or levy collection. It works alongside the accounting software your strata manager already uses.
Do residents need to download an app?
No app store download is required. Residents open their building’s link in a browser and can add it to their home screen on iPhone or Android.
