Building notices people actually read
Short answerWatchdog Strata notices go to everyone in the building or to owners only. Use them for AGMs, levy notices, works, water shut-offs and lift outages. Important notices can be pinned, and publishing notifies the audience in the app and, if they opted in, by email.

Everyday building news goes to all residents. Owners corporation business, such as the AGM, levies and committee updates, goes to owners only, so tenants aren’t flooded with things they can’t act on.

Can we send a notice only to owners?
