Parcels: logged in seconds, collected with a code
Short answerWith Watchdog Strata, concierge or building staff log a parcel by unit, carrier, recipient and shelf. Everyone in the unit is notified with a collection code, cold or perishable items are marked, and staff mark the parcel collected when the code is shown. Residents see what’s waiting for them at reception.

At the desk
- Choose the unit, add the carrier, recipient, size and shelf location, and tick “cold / perishable” if needed.
- Everyone registered in the unit gets an in-app (and optional email) notification with a code.
- At collection, check the code and mark it collected. It moves to “recently collected”.
If nobody from the unit is on the app yet, staff are told immediately, so they know to call or leave a card.
For residents
The home screen shows how many parcels are waiting, with the carrier and where to collect them.
Questions people ask
Do residents need to be home for parcel notifications?
