Why request access early?
Moving into an apartment building takes more than a key. Most buildings need you to book the service lift and loading dock for the removalist, and you need an access card or mobile credential to get through the doors and into the car park. Requesting access before you move means building management can check your details, and you can sort all of this out from your phone before the truck arrives.
What building management checks
They compare your request with the unit, the owners register and, for tenants, the real estate agent or owner you name. If something doesn’t match, they may contact you before creating your access. Your details are used only to run the building app; see our privacy policy.
