Using the service

Watchdog Strata provides building management software to buildings and their residents. Buildings are responsible for the accuracy of registers they import and for decisions made by their building management.

Owners’ polls

Polls show owners’ preferences. They are not a general meeting or committee vote under any state’s strata, body corporate or owners corporation legislation.

Access cards

Watchdog Strata records and routes card requests. Cards are issued by the building’s own access-control system.

Acceptable use

Don’t upload unlawful content, impersonate others or try to access another unit’s or building’s data.

Fees

The building’s strata scheme, body corporate or owners corporation pays the annual fee. Residents, owners and tenants are not charged for using the app. Free trials convert to a paid subscription only if the building agrees.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
