A marketplace and parking rental that follow building rules
Why manager approval
Public marketplaces bring strangers to the lobby. Inside the building, you keep trading between neighbours and stop listings that break by-laws, such as subletting a space to a non-resident.
Parking spaces
Owners list a space with its basement and lot number, availability dates and price (per day, week or month). A neighbour requests dates and adds their vehicle registration. The owner accepts, and management is notified so access can be updated.
Conversations
Every listing has a thread between the seller, interested residents and management, with alerts at each step.
Questions people ask
Can non-residents see marketplace listings?
No. Listings are only visible to signed-in residents of the building, and only after management approves them.
