One inbox for decisions, one history for everything
Short answerWatchdog Strata gives the building manager a single approvals inbox for access cards, tenant changes and listings, and a full change history covering accounts, households, cards, listings, tickets, polls, notices, parcels, away notices, emails and alerts. The history can be filtered by type, unit, date and keyword and exported to CSV, Excel or PDF.

The approvals inbox
Requests are grouped (access cards, household changes, listings) and labelled “waiting on resident” or “resident replied”, so the manager knows what needs attention. Each request has its own conversation: approve, reject with a reason, or ask a question.
The history
Each entry records who acted, what changed, for which unit and when. Emails sent from the app are kept too. Use it to answer a committee question, resolve a dispute, or hand over to a new building manager.
Exports
CSV for spreadsheets, Excel with formatted columns, and PDF for reports or meeting papers.
