Built around three roles

|---|---|

| Tenant / resident | Report issues, request access cards, see parcels, read notices, use the marketplace, record emergency contacts |
| Building manager | Triage tickets, approve requests, log parcels, publish notices, run polls, check alerts, export history |
First sign-in that matches your records
Accounts are pre-created from the owners register and resident list. The first time, a resident signs in with their email and the mobile number on file, confirms a code sent to their email, sets a password, and turns on Google Authenticator. New residents can register themselves, and are confirmed by their household.
Why a web app
Every resident is on the latest version, older phones work, and buildings don’t wait on app-store reviews. It installs to the home screen and opens like any other app.
