A suggestion box that answers back
Short answerWatchdog Strata includes a suggestion box where residents send an idea or report an app problem, with screenshots. Management replies in a conversation and sets a status (planned, being built, done, not planned), and the resident is notified.

Two kinds of feedback
“Suggest a feature” for ideas, and “Report a problem” for something in the app that isn’t working. Building issues like leaks still go through maintenance tickets.
