The building
About 108 lots in the heart of the Sydney CBD, a mix of owner-occupiers, investors and tenants, and many residents who read Chinese more comfortably than English.
What needed fixing
- Tenant changes arrived from owners and agents by email and were hard to keep current.
- Access-card and phone-transfer requests meant paperwork and lease checks by hand.
- Owners wanted to see what was being fixed without exposing who complained.
- Decisions on quotes needed owners’ input before meetings.
